  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of order will be honoured.
  • Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of order unless you have an agreed credit account. We accept major debit/credit cards and may offer alternative methods such as PayPal or Klarna.
  • Order confirmation: You will receive an order summary once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in the event of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and provide clear options for returns and refunds. Please review the terms below carefully before placing your order.

  • Delivery: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on location and chosen courier. Delays due to weather or courier error are outside our control.
  • Tracking: Most deliveries include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Returns: You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Some electrical items or special orders may be non-returnable—please confirm before purchasing.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
